I love old fashioned oatmeal made w water and a little bit of milk then I add cinnamon and raisins...very healthy for you! ?

Maple / brown sugar, and add maple syrup to make it extra bad for me. Or peaches & cream. I like them equally.

Old fashioned oatmeal with vanilla protein powder and blueberries

Plain with cinnamon and fresh fruit
