5 BFP HPT, BFN at Dr office- advice needed

I feel like I can't even be excited. 5 tests, including 1 digital all said I was pregnant. I went in before my missed period so I hope it was a matter of their test not being as sensitive & the fact that it wasn't first morning pee, but I just feel like I can't be happy, can't get my hopes up. I'm already super emotional (as a mom already & since I've lost my best friends mom & my dad this year, as well of my job of 4+ years I have lots to cry about) but this is just making me even more sad. 

I have to go in again next week for another urine test, and by then I will be a few days late for my period, but I don't know what I'll do if it still comes out negative. 

Anyone have success with a doctor after being told the test came out negative?
