Still bleeding at 8 weeks?

I am so stressed! My postpartum bleeding stopped at 4 weeks for an entire week and the started back up at 5 weeks and has continued. I just went to a postpartum checkup on Friday (when I hit 8 weeks postpartum) and when I told her I was still bleeding she looked concerned. 😔 she said even though I had a c section there's a change that there might be some leftover placenta or membranes that adhered because of my previous c section. So now I go back on the 23rd for an ultrasound (I'm assuming there's no huge rush because it's not very heavy and I don't have a fever or pain or foul smells) but it's still stressful 😭
