Help!! 😭

I have blood now coming from my vagina. I had sex last august 4 and 5 and it cum inside. My period is tomorrow august 9. Do I need to go at ob-gyne for check up? I feel bloated. My mood is not good, I'm craving for salty foods. The blood coming from my vagina is color black and (buo-buo). I'm worrying because I might be pregnant :( help me :((  I start this spotting yesterday august 7 And continued today.
