Nipple prep - toughen those nips! lol

Obviously this is only if you plan to breast feed.

Ive had several mummy friends say the exact same thing - DONT FORGET TO PREP YOUR NIPPLES!

HOW you may ask?....(As I did). Well I'm more than happy to share my newly found scary, slightly painful, knowledge.

Every time you are the shower, take a face washer and rub it over each nipple. Just a minute on each side. You are not trying to sandpaper it off just toughen the lil bugger up a bit. Yes your nipples will be a little tender after. Apparently it's nothing compared to a bub latching on over and over day and night on soft little nips.

I had 5 different mothers who don't know each other tell me the exact same thing.
