Could I still be pregnant or PCOS?

Question

So, I'm about 19 days late for my period (I'm going to make an appointment with the dr). I took two pregnancy tests around the time I was supposed to get AF. Both were negative. Is there any possibility I could be pregnant or does it seem like maybe the PCOS is messing with me? I feel silly asking, but really just wanted someone else's opinion. I did BD on my fertile days. Again, I haven't taken a pregnancy test in a few weeks since AF was supposed to show up. Any advice/thoughts/opinions would be welcomed!

I am in your same boat two weeks late, brown spotting, pcos and two negative hpt but I feel like I am pregnant but I don't know if it's my mind playing tricks hopefully you are keep as posted on your status!!!!

Maybe its pcos messing if you are regular with having irregular af! Second see your hpt result or go for blood one to see exact stuff! GL :)

I was 19 days late no period bfn and all the pregnancy symptoms. I was convinced I was pregnant! Went for ultrasound after I told my obgyn I was late and it was two cysts. I was so disappointed but was almost expecting it. I was hoping I was going to fall into the category of finally getting a positive after many weeks passing like so many other people had posted about. Really sort of got my hopes up one that wasn't the case. So I know exactly what you're going through. Get an ultrasound done and you will know finally what it is. That or wait for your next AF To come.

I had negative tests for 7 weeks with my first baby and then one day it was just randomly positive backed by a positive blood test. Hang in there good luck!!!

Hi have you had any updates to this post? I just wondered because I'm going through the same too! I'm normally 29-34 days and I'm now on day 51 :( don't normally have them this late but my Second to last one was 51 days and the last one was 34 days so really confusing that I'm having another late one!? I took a test on day 39 and it was negative so I don't know what to do now, keep waiting? If I can be patient! But I feel as tho I have symptoms but is it all imagination?
