Registry suggestions please

So we did a good amount of our registry the other day but the guy at Babies R us told us to figure out the amount of stuff to put on the registry take how many people are invited to the shower and times it by 5 so we still need about 30 more things. I was just wondering if there was anything most people don't think to put on there but will come in handy? A little back round info if it helps we are expecting a little girl I plan on breastfeeding trying to get mostly all natural items but I put both on since I'm sure when in need it's not going to matter if I have a babyganics diaper or pampers lol first time Mom here who knows nothing about everything a baby will need

So any help and suggestions will be much appreciated.
