Trouble reversing baby's schedule?

Any advice on how to reverse your LO's schedule? Mine is now 7.5weeks and sleeps long stretches during the day (2-3 hours), but stays up fussy all night (only 30min naps after rocking her or bouncing her for an hour, then she cries and we repeat). She hates the swaddle and will only sleep in her rock & play. Help!

I would suggest getting as much natural light during the day and keeping things dim at night. Also if you feel safe bed sharing that would probably cut down on the fussing.

Make sure your house is as bright as it can be during the day and make lots of noise.  Run the TV, play music, sing, have play time with baby or clean.  At night we do bath time, lotion/body massage, 5 oz bottle of BM (he's 9 weeks old), swaddle and then daddy holds him and he falls asleep (or we rock him).  He sleeps in his rock n play since he had reflux he hates sleeping flat.  I feel like the bath and swaddling makes a huge difference.  It triggers their memory that this is what happens before we sleep.  I also swaddle him for naps during the day.  He sleeps around 6-8 hours at night and generally takes about a 1-2 hour nap in the afternoon and sometimes in the morning.

Kathryn and Lee basically gave all the suggestions I was going to, but I thought I'd add in one for fun - my grandmother was a midwife and SWORE that you could help a baby that has his days and nights mixed up by putting him on the floor on a blanket first thing in the morning, and then turning the blanket 180 degrees so he's facing the other way.

I mean, trying it can't hurt 😂

I would wake her up at 2hrs exactly throughout the day. Start establishing a bedtime routine and time if you haven't already. Try swaddling at night but not during the day, and keep the sleep environment bright during the day and dark at night.
