Flat head??

I feel like my 7 week old baby's head is looking a little flat in the back. We hold him, play with him, etc all the time. We don't just leave him in the same place constantly so i don't know how this happened. Should I call the pediatrician? Our next appointment isn't until August 30. Anyone have any experience with this? Feeling like a failure.
