So my boyfriend and I have been having sex without a condom and sometimes he pulls out and sometimes he doesn't. I'm very regular on my period and I've had my mirena in for about 8 months. This is the first time I've had anything I could consider spotting and I've been having this gooey brown discharge coming out of me for about 2 days. There has been about 3 tablespoons worth and the day of my last period was about 5 days ago. Should I be nervous?
