Hemorrhoids!!!

Omg you guys, i'm so embarassed but i've developed hemorrhoids during the third trimester :-( They started when i had to go on iron pills due to anemia, and that caused me to have loose stools up to 4 times a day. After a couple weeks of that is when i started to feel swollen down there. I did the unthinkable, spread the cheeks and looked in the mirror, and to my horror, it wasnt pretty! I have some witch hazel pads that i've been using but i'm embarassed to tell my husband and have been avoiding having sex with him for fear he might see. I'm also worried about everyone seeing them during labor. Is anyone else dealing with this? Does it go away after labor?
