Advice/ Tips please.

Hi all just wondering if any of you could give me some advice. Im 9 weeks pregnant and for the last week my boobs have been really tender even my bra hurts also ive been feeling extremely sick (not being sick tho). This will be my 4th pregnancy 1st and 2nd pregnancy (boys) was brill no sickness or nothing 3rd ended in MC (boy again). Any advice or tips what you ladies do if you have these feelings would be greatful.
