Spiritualist told both me and my partner we will have twin

We went to see a spiritualist last night both went in separate, and he told both of us. That his dad who had passed away in may had hold of our son. We had a miscarriage in 2012. And no to worry as we will be having twins. Twin boys in fact. I have
Ovarian cysts
Pelvic inflammatory disease
endometriosis
And have found it hard to conceive any way. My partner has taking this and now expects me to fall pregnant. How to i tell him not to build his hopes up as i dont want him getting let down by another miscarriage. Thanks for reading
