Is it possible to skip a period and then ovulate?

My AF should have started around 4/2/14. She never arrived, though I stopped producing EWCM and seemed to dry up a bit down there. So today is almost two weeks after she should have arrived, and I'm observing what looks to be approaching EWCM when I go to the bathroom. Temps are steady in the 97.6ish range right now. Could I have skipped over my period but be ovulating soon?? For reference I went odd BC in early march after the end of my last cycle. Sorry for all the questions! Learning how to read your body after 10 years on the pill is tricky.
