Breastfeeding-she won't latch anymore😥

After my daughter was born I began breast feeding her. She was latching and eating like a pro! Little did we know that she would get jaundice. Jaundice made her incredibly tired to the point it was hard to wake her to eat. She then needed to be placed under the lights. The Doctor suggested that I supplement which I was like no. I would pump, and give her what I had. Ended up not being enough and I had to supplement. But she no longer latches!!!!! I pump and feed her that way along with giving her the supplement. How can I get her to latch again?!?! HELP
