opk positive but...

So Monday night I had a positive and my husband was too tired to do anything.then last night we were going to BD but he wanted a blow job 1st. I don't have a problem doing that but he smelled bad down there and I even told him but didn't do anything about it. So of course it got me out of the mood so once again no BDing last night either. Do I still have a chance that I'm ovulating and maybe could get pregnant this time?  Monday night when I had the positive I had really bad cramps to where I had to take a bath a warm hot bath at 2 AM to help. And now the cramps are not that bad.
