Symptoms!

I had some light spotting about five days before my missed AF, which was due November 27. It lasted about 3 days ranging from brown to a pinkish red in color. Since then, I have started noticing acne, which I don't usually have a problem with, even around AF. I usually have blackheads, but no acne. My skin has been feeling greaser in the mornings too. I have also just noticed in the last couple of days that my bbs are sore as well. If I am not pregnant, I should be ovulation right now, but sore breast don't usually start for me until AF. And yesterday I started noticing that my hands will randomly fall asleep. It just happened as I am typing this. I read once that you can notice circulation issues in early pregnancy. I guess i am just looking for advice and personal experience because I am scared to test. I always end up disappointed with the negatice results.
