Do I have a right to be mad?

My fiance never sleeps over, never changes our daughter's poopy diapers, I have to make him feed her or he won't do it. He waste his money on magic the gathering cards and waste his days off playing video gaming or dungeons and dragons. His parents are strict apparently so he has to be home by midnight yet when he's with his friends he's out all night. He cares more about anything other than his daughter and me. He says I'm over reacting because I told him he has to choose between wasting his days off with his friends that he is always with at work or spending time with us and he barely spends time with us. I have a right t be pissed and annoyed right?
