I am so scared to give birth

I really don't handle pain well AT ALL. Any little needle freaks me out so I don't think I would want an epidural especially because there are complications with that. But I feel like I'm gonna pass out when I give birth I'm so terrified I think of it every day how I'm going to handle this. :( how bad is it really?
