Is she flirting with me, or being nice?

I've started to hardcore crush on this girl I work with. It's always felt like she has been flirting with me and recently I've confirmed she's bisexual. We talk about celeb girls whom we both like in a manner where I feel like I've indicated I'm also not straight (but I haven't outright said so, so I'm not sure if she knows or not) I've never dated before and unlike dudes who are super obvious with their intentions it's hard to tell with girls! She always compliments me, uses pet names and nicknames with me (and we haven't known each other long) and tries to hang around me at work, we have similar interests / values etc, and something about it just feels different than friendship, but I could be wrong. I feel like the logical signs point to her being interested but honestly I don't have experience in decoding this type of situation so I very well could be misreading it. I don't get the vibe she's really dated much herself and I don't know if she'd make a move not knowing if I was also interested or not. So I guess what I'm asking is A. How to tell if she's interested in me more than as a friend and B. How to drop hints to her that I'm into her too without confessing because honestly I just don't have the balls 😅
