Guy at work avoiding me when I don't know him

Alright, so I just started a new job and there's this guy at work who won't make eye contact with me. I see him around pretty often and we even work in the same area. The other day I dropped my water bottle while walking to my car and everyone but him looked my way even though I know he knew I was there because he had walked outside just before I did. I think that he's purposely avoiding me because when I saw him in the hall and in the break room the moment he saw me he turned around and walked out and didn't really say a word. What does this mean? I'm honestly so confused because I think he's cute and I would like to be his friend but he makes me feel really weird because he won't even look at me! I did notice today he kept walking by the desk that was next to mine talking to people in my vision so was that for me or am I crazy and should get over this? Another thing is he's a manager and when we raise our hands a manager should come to you and help but when I raised my hand he didn't come to me!(even though I really did need help) And I know for a fact he saw me... Any ideas on what's going on in this guys' head?
