Piercings and pregnancy

Soooo I feel very naked since I took out my naval and both nipple rings due to being pregnant.. I actually felt emotional because I have had the nipple piercings for 5 years and I loved he way my boobs looked with them and all... I am planning on breast feeding so my doctor advised me to take them out now since I'm only 10w. I looked at myself in the mirror and it's kinda weird, I actually feel naked more without them and clothes on than any regular old time I took off my clothes..... Has anyone else experienced this or am I just a weirdo lol?
