Any Teachers in here?!

Latanya • I’m a Social Worker-elderly and disabled population. i have two boys ages 4 and 2 with boy/ girl twins on the way!!!
Help?! Any tips?! My 3 year old seems to have no interest what so ever in learning his letters! He does numbers sometimes Am I pushing to much! I don't want him to be behind.. Idk smh
