Movement at 18 weeks?

I'm 18 weeks and I'm not sure I've felt the baby move. Has anyone felt it yet at this point and what's it feel like and how often does it happen? I'm a first time mom so I'm not sure what to look for.

Im 18+2 with twins, i have been feeling them kick (they kick my hand) since last week. Everyday its stronger and more often. 
When i feel them move when its more internal it almost feels like strong gas bubbles

I haven't felt anything except round ligament pain lol ... I'm 18 weeks

I didn't really feel my first until 18 or 19 weeks. It is really gentle almost taps or butterfly feelings. By 22 weeks it was full on kicks that were painful.
