KILLER HEARTBURN!!!

So currently I am lay in bed at 5 am, and have been awake for the last hour!! Heartburrn disrupted my sleep! If heartburn could kill, im telling you I'd be dead right now!!! Does anyone have any other tips other than the obvious! The myth is ,heartburn means your baby will have hair, if this is the case my son will be born with a full blown afro !! Don't worry though I'm fully aware why heartburn occurs during pregnancy :)
