Leaking c section incision (pic included)

I had a c section 10 days ago and 2 days ago I noticed that it was leaking fluid, a really pale watery blood like fluid, so I had a nurse come out to look yesterday and she said it was fine and put on a new dressing, now today ive just woken up and seen the fluid has soaked through the new dressing, and now I'm really worried, anyone ever had this and it's been fine? Got the midwife coming later so I will get her to check it
