July: missed period (20 days late) 

CD: 50 (I believe)

August 9,2016: I started bleeding like a bright red orange period. 

Hi Ladies! I really need some help so this morning I woke up with huge huge cramps, I was 20 days late on my period and I took 3 test previously and they all came back with vvvvvfaint positives . Anyways I had a doctors appointment today to comfirm my pregnancy because I had all the symptoms .... Nauseous , Breasts got bigger & nipples, weird cravings , my smell was out of wack, my back is killing me (still) so anyways I woke up with morning huge cramps went to the restroom pee'd and when I wiped I had this weird like super bright neon red period. So as soon as I saw that I thought "wow, well there goes my period!" I was so heartbroken. So I cancelled my doctors appointment but then the girl said that 1.) it could be my period 2.) a miscarriage or 3.) implantation bleeding. She asked me if I still wanted to come in and I said no. Do you think that was a good idea? Anyone have this happen to them? Please I really need some advice.
