TTC with Epilepsy and Partners Crones disease,

I'm just looking for any advice.. My partner and I are currently TTC I have Epilepsy and PCOS and my partner has Crones disease. I have stopped all my epileptic medication to try and help (also have been put on Folic acid) I have really irregular periods because of my PCOS which makes things harder.
He takes three different medications for his Crones. He's worried the medication has reduced his 'swimmers count'.
I was wondering if anyone has been through a similar situation to us, any advice for what worked for yourselfs or advice in general would be amazing !
