Could I be pregnant or should I be concerned?

I had my period for only 3 days ending on the 2nd. It was slightly lighter than usual but nothing too weird but ended much sooner then my usual 5-7 days. Since then I have had a little spotting just about every day and some discharge here and there that is a little more than normal. I also have had an off the charts sex drive.... Way more then usual, (and my husband has been super confused by it ha.) I also today began to get hot flashes off and on and just haven't felt right.... Strange aches and pains or nausea.
