My doctor sucks !

Ima FTM and have had the most miserable pregnancy. I've dealt with severe hypermesis, dehydration, anemia, have passed out a few times, been hospitalized 4 times and have lost my job due to missing so many days of work ... But my doctor said its normal to be miserable during pregnancy so I havent worried much. At 35 weeks I started having horrible headaches, swelling and blurred vision but not enough protein in my urine to diagnose preeclampsia so I was told that it's just gestational hypertension. Also, my baby who was once measuring big is now measuring small but I was told not small enough to worry about IUGR (in the 40's percentile wise), my doctor keeps saying it's all normal some women are just sicker than others so I haven't been too worried. Yesterday was my 37 week appt and my doctor was out so I saw another doctor in the practice instead of rescheduling. This doctor is basically saying that all of this symptoms are a cause for concern and she would have recommended that I be induced at 38 weeks. She was very concerned about my blood pressure and the size of the baby and had me do a non stress test. The babies baseline heart rate was low (below 120) the entire time but it went up and down the way she said it should and he moved during the entire test so she sent me home with prescriptions for blood pressure instead of to the hospital (she says since she's not my doctor she can't make any decisions for me without consulting with my doctor) ... but now I'm freaking out and super worried that maybe my doctor isn't doing a good job. She never mentioned a need for an induction or that any of this is a cause for concern. On top of that she won't be back in the office until next week and I have plenty of quesrions. My next appt with her is on tuesday but my mom says I shouldn't wait that long and need to go to the hospital sometime this week to make sure everything is ok ... I just don't know what to do.
