Camping with Baby?? Looking for input.

My husbands family wants us to go camping over the weekend in September. At that Point my baby will be nearing two months and will not have had all of his shots yet. I am just looking for some input as to whether or not it would be safe to take our baby camping. Personally, I am not comfortable with it not to mention I'll be breastfeeding every 2 hours. Thoughts?

We just went camping with our 9 month old and I was just thinking how easy it would have been when she was younger! Lol. Shots are no big deal, she's just going to eat and sleep a lot. I say bring plenty of blankets, a boppy, and a nursing cover, plant yourself next to that campfire and enjoy!

If you're not comfortable speak up! It's hard enough doing diaper changes and bath time in the comfort of your own home, imagine doing everything on the floor of a tent. And mosquitos. Even tho there's most likely no risk of zika do you want to subject your baby to all kinds of bug bites and discomfort from those bug bites when they're so little

I don't think having shots or not matters but I'd be worried it would be too cold, depending on where you are.

It's totally do able also most lowly waist when they are 2 months vs 9 months as they still sleep and wake a lot. As long as you are prepared for the weather you can camp at any age. One of my customers camped with their 2 week old.

Personally for me I wouldn't worry that he hasn't had his shots, I'd worry about how my son can't sleep without his swing or mamroo lol Honestly as long as you can control the temperature and baby isn't too hot or cold I think its fine! I'm praying when we go camping this fall on our annual trip my son will sleep well in the camper! 
We are also a very country outdoorsy family so that's why we don't find it such a big deal. Others might not agree but that's okay. To each their own!
