Ok so my Mum and Dad have always been super excited to become grandparents and have always pushed and pushed about when we were going to start a family etc etc...but now that its happening they don't seem to give a shit. They've changed their priorities. Like they've bought the baby NOTHING. My Mum boughy him a teddy and a blanket and that was only because she had a voucher that was going to expire. And any time she does get him somethinf she makes a massive deal out of it, like its a burden to her. I don't expect grandparents to buy their grandchildren loads of stuff. My husband and I have bought him everythin he needs. But don't tell me your broke and can't afford to buy a babygrow and then go on holidays and get tattoos etc..like...bullshit. But any time I mention it they say 'we can spend our money how we want'...which of course they can, but I thought they might of wanted to spoil their first grandchild a tiny but more.
