Is it still EBF?

Is it still considered EBF (exclusively breast fed) if you pump and give your baby a bottle a few times a day?
I was told that even if you only pump and baby only gets bottles, as long as it's breast milk, it's still considered being EBF. Doesn't make much since to me though.

Yes, exclusively breastfed means giving breastmilk only..it doesn't matter if the breastmilk is coming through a boob, bottle, syringe, feeding tube in the NICU..etc.

I think it's more about what then how.

If baby is solely getting breastmilk then it's exclusive to me.

Exclusively means: Only;Solely. So yes, exclusively breastfed means exactly that. A baby is only getting breasmilk and solely breastmilk whether or not it's directly from the source or bottle or other feeding technique.
