Blighted ovum or molar pregnancy?

Went to the doctor today and I would be around 7 weeks. (I think I might be 6 weeks 6 days). I had an ultrasound and my sac was empty from what she could see. There was a placenta and she said she might have seen a baby on the outer edge but she wasn't sure because it was so hard to see. She said there was a lot of placenta activity going on that looked like a snowstorm and that it wasn't a good sign because that means molar pregnancy. She took my blood and said if it goes up to over 100,000 (it was 17,000 last week) then it's a molar but if the blood is normal, then it could be a blighted ovum. I'm so scared😭 she said there could still be a baby hiding in there but to not get my hopes up. Has this happened to anyone and he baby still been okay? I can't stop crying😭 at the bottom are my ultrasound pictures.
