Not invalid just because the pic was taken later. If you saw a line at 9 min, it's considered positive. These tests DO take longer to show, I have dealt with them a lot

Technically with these ones, 9 minutes is within the time limit (pretty sure these are 10 minutes) but the test looks old so it may be invalid. It looks like there's something wrong with the test. Test again!
