Would you pay $700 a month for this trailer?

It's got 3 bed rooms & 2 bathrooms. It has a fenced backyard. However there are a bunch of holes that it looks like someone punched into the walls. I like that it has a big kitchen and most importantly it's the one house that would let us have our pitbull so far (for $50) plus a damage deposit that I'm not sure how much it is. Opinions please ? Do you think it's worth it? My sister has a house much nicer for 750 a month but her pet deposits were all 500 dollars per pet. If it were you would you pay this much?
