No period 😕

I've been on birth control for three months and on the third month I had unprotected sex. I also had sex the night before my 7 day break. I'm on my 7 day break and usually my period will come on the second day of the 7 day break and it's currently day 3 and my period hasn't come as yet😩😩 does anyone know if lo leostrin can cause you to miss your period or could it be because I had sex the night before my 7 day break???
