Restless mommy syndrome

Is this a thing? I swear it has to be because since I gave birth a week ago I haven't stopped moving. I have the best and easiest baby in the world; today my fiancé (who went back to work right away) asked if she ever even cries because he hasn't heard it at all. We're moving next week so that's been my biggest project but laundry is always done, food is always made, house is always spotless. And when I should be sleeping alongside baby and my fiancé, I cant. I just put her back down after a diaper change and I'm sitting up in bed making this post. What's the deal?
