Symptom spotting

Said I was not gonna symptom spot this time but here are a few that is different and I never have.6-7 dpo sore boobs on sides, 8 dpo today and cm changed from tacky white to milky creamy. Usually stays tacky til af. Also started today pain near left ovary, not sure what that is and only noticeable if I cough or move a certain way. Does this sound promising. Need to talk to someone. Af due 16. Temps are still up
