Trouble with vision

I am 21 weeks tomorrow and am having trouble seeing. The only way I can describe it is it seems similar to how it looks after you have been looking into the sun. It's not blurry vision, it's more of like a distorted vision. There are some spots in my vision. Has anyone had this or heard of this?
