Anxiety, didn't even want to say it out loud
My little one is 1wk old today. Yay! I love her so much, and I think that's the problem.
My hubby caught me last night crying in the bathroom, I promised him I would talk with my doctor about what I'm going through..
I think it's more anxiety rather then ppd.
I love my daughter
I do not want to harm her or myself
I'm happy with myself over all.
I'm just really nervous about screwing up and not doing something right for her.
I have a very hard time letting anyone hold her.
I have asked for no visitors until we're ready..
I cried last night because I made the huge mistake of googling "buttox hair" and it sent me to spina bifida -- I will be talking to our peds MD tomorrow about hair that my little one has.
But my hubby is concerned because I'm overly worried about everything.
Ppd or anxiety?
