Pregnancy test

The past week I've felt a little funny have been sick once a day but felt fine after throwing up so I took a pregnancy test yesterday and this morning after the one yesterday was negative I thought it might have been too soon or just because I only peed a little. After this morning it also said negative right away. I just went back and looked at the tests and they both have a faint but distinct positive sign. I did not wait the time suggested to view the test. Is this just because it has been sitting that it shows the positive line?!!
