Possible Ectopic Pregnancy - Need advice ladies

Had miscarriage in May @ 10w3d pregnant. Had a suction D&C done. My husband and I have been TTC again since July. I swear I had conceived the instant it happened. I just felt different. I had all the same pregnancy symptoms I did before, I just didn't have a positive pregnancy test. I paid was 6 days late. When I got it, it was a normal period but I still have the pregnancy symptoms (no positive result) but now I have cramping that feels like a light burning sensation in my lower belly, neck pain, I feel very uncomfortable in my skin- everything is irritating. It could be an ectopic pregnancy 😕. My period ends in 2 days and in making a doctor appt tomorrow with my OB/GYN.

Had anyone give through this?
