I got both of these. The Walmart cheapie was FMU the clear blue was an afternoon hold. Hmm any opinions?

What does this mean? I'm not a troll or anything. I just don't know if the line is too thin. I've had some bleeding for like 6 days but it literally was mostly spotting the whole time. I'm just confused.
