Sharp pains

Hey everyone..so I've been having mild cramps and sharp pains here and there on my side and some what near down there..I am 4 days late on my period. I've been tired and craving salt like crazy and wanting to cry for nothing lol I've also been having some discharge as well. My doctor advised me to wait till the 11th to test at the doctors office for a blood and urine test. Has anyone had this similar situation happened to them and came out pregos?
