You can't be postpartum before baby is born. 
"Post" is after baby.

Google "antenatal depression".  Might be helpful.  I was worried about this as well.  39+3 today and have been blue and moody the past 2 days.  Going to discuss with OB tomorrow.  Best of luck to you.

Post partum what exactly? There are lots of.things that could happen post partum but that literally means after birth so could you be more specific
