Bump suddenly on vagina?

I took a shower this morning, everything was fine. Now I'm walking around and I felt something weird near my bikini like. I felt it and it was a round, under the skin, skin colored bump near, but not on, my bikini line. Where could this have come from?! Is it an ingrown hair? Or is it a cyst? Please help someone! It doesn't hurt or itch and I'm not sexually active. But I'm still worried!
