Pregnancy 5w pp

How easy is it to get pregnant again? We have been having sex since 3wpp. And now we're 5weeks. I see my doctor tomorrow idk but I'm so scared that I may be pregnant. I don't feel pregnant just stopped having blood like discharge and went back to super thick and white like the beginning of my pregnancy. I cannot have kids this close together I know it would totally be my fault I'm just venting. We used the pull out method.  He dripped all over my vagina but that was after he had pulled out. X...
