Am i supossee to feel severe menstral cramps in pregnancy or is that a bad sign?

Usually the rule is unless you see blood you should be fine. But I'm 39 weeks today and started having period like cramps and after reading up on it, turns out it's contractions lol it gets worse over the course of the day. Just time them as they do get worse in case you are going into labor so you can be ready 😊

I'm 38 weeks too with my second and I get menstrual like cramps sometimes, they are strong and uncomfortable but I wouldn't say severe. If it is too much call your doctor just in case.
