This insomnia is MEGA real!
I just want one night of fabulous sleep.😩😴
I take unisom maybe once or twice a week if I truly need it but it makes me feel a little zoned out in the am.
I've also tried sleepy time tea, like tonight and here I am at 2:30am wide awake.😔
Are any of you ladies doing anything different to sleep peacefully? Help a sista out! Lol :)
